@Mary Grace McCarter, the executive director of Rochester based nonprofit Rainbow Connection, which coordinated the meeting said that the 17 year old Garmo was at home with his family when Eminem paid visit on Sunday// The teen was very medicated at the time, but he sat up and spoke to the rapper//℗
@Speaking about the meeting, McCarter said, **Even though Gage was very medicated at the time, he sat up and spoke to Eminem, which is something he hadn*t done in several days// He passed away the next day//**℗
@Garmo, who had been diagnosed with bone cancer for the fifth time, had expressed his desire to meet Eminem before his looming death// His friends and community launched a campaign on Twitter using the hashtags Garmo Strong and Get Gage Garmo To Meet Eminem to fulfill his desire//℗
