@ Apple and Nike are considering terms to settle the class action lawsuit filed against them for misleading consumers in advertisements for FuelBand// The class action lawsuit alleges that Apple and Nike misled consumers in advertisement for fitness tracker FuelBand for recording calories and steps taken during the day//℗
The consumers alleged that Apple and Nike were aware that the fitness tracker was not providing correct data// Despite the fact that there were issues with the product, the companies continued selling them// Nike sold FuelBand between January 2012 and June 2015//℗ 
@ The plaintiffs have been offered $25 gift card by Nike or $15 cashback// Nike has been ordered by the court to settle the claims at the earliest// Apple will not be paying anything in the lawsuit// Nike will also pay the settlement administrator and legal fees//℗
